    1. Appointment Scheduling Booking: Clients are encouraged to schedule appointments for custom design consultations and alteration services. Walk-ins are welcome but may experience a wait. Cancellations: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a cancellation fee. 2. Custom Design Process Consultation: Initial consultations include a discussion of design preferences, fabric choices, and budget. A non-refundable design deposit is required to begin the process. (or Material) Fittings: Clients will have multiple fittings to ensure a perfect fit. Timely attendance to scheduled fittings is crucial for meeting project deadlines. Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon completion and prior to delivery or pick-up of the final garment. 3. Alteration Services Assessment: Each alteration is assessed individually to determine feasibility and cost. A quote will be provided before work begins. and an invoice will be sent in text or email. Turnaround Time: Standard alterations typically require 7-10 business days. Expedited services may be available for an additional fee. Pick-Up: Clients will be notified when their items are ready for pick-up. Items not picked up within 30 days may incur storage fees or be donated. 4. Returns and Exchanges Custom Designs: Due to the bespoke nature of custom garments, all sales are final. Alterations will be accommodated to achieve the agreed-upon fit. Boutique Purchases: All Sales are final, no returns or exchanges available, 5. Privacy and Confidentiality All client information, including measurements and design details, is kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of fulfilling services. 6. Health and Safety Clients are requested to follow all health and safety guidelines during fittings and consultations, including any specific requirements provided by Seam25. 7. Payment Methods We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payments. Full payment is required upon receipt of services. By adhering to these policies and procedures, Seam25 ensures a smooth and enjoyable experience for all clients, upholding our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
